People have always been at the center of my work.
I help organizations build stronger teams and help individuals take their next career step with clarity and confidence. My experience spans hands-on HR leadership, full-cycle recruiting, resume writing, and career coaching.
I’ve supported organizations ranging from boutique firms and nonprofits to employers such as Amazon, NBCUniversal, and The Walt Disney Company. Along the way, I’ve built HR processes, helped leaders navigate employee challenges, and recruited talent across industries and continents.
For job seekers, I bring an employer’s perspective and a coach’s understanding. I’ve helped hundreds of professionals—from early-career candidates to senior executives—recognize their strengths, communicate their accomplishments, and prepare for opportunities that matter to them.
My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, offer honest guidance, and turn complex challenges into practical next steps. I believe people deserve personal attention, candid advice, and someone who follows through. And yes, a little humor helps, too.
I hold a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, along with SHRM’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), AIRS’ Professional Recruiter (PRC), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) certifications.
